Afternoon chaps

After getting increasingly bored of anything silver, I put myself to the task of wrapping some interior trim in alcantara suede - pics below, positive and negative feedback welcome!

Looks great! I've been wanting to do mine as well with the stitching like the 1M has, but with light blue instead of orange

I too am doing alcantara trim: realoem.com m-sport sub-index, offers bmwp steering wheel trim. This replaces an awful matte black (trimmed w/ two random minor alum blades) plastic horseshoe 'buttons' surround

Introducing texture where something is vitally needed, coupled to the bmwp short shift kit alcantara boot, then the e-brake also, one achieves trim consistency and visual relief

Next: door cards 'insert'. On (titled)'09 na these f&r are just another expanse of vinyl. Yours has texture, a cf emulation of sorts providing relief

As the perf kit is silver thread, I'm planning that completing the 'alcantara insert' program. One unique year one of the one wip
