I've just bought a leather interior and would be interested to find out how to remove the rear seats. I know the bottom part of the rear seat is a simple process to remove - just pull it out!!
I have also read that you need to disconnect the battery prior to taking the front seats out to prevent a warning light coming on when you disconnect the airbag plug under the front seats. I'm sure it's an easy process to remove the rest but a easy how-to would be invaluable. Thanks, Craig |

seats are easy to swap since i did it all by myself. take out the 4 bolts that hold the seat in place and the unclamp the wiring harness. then reverse. thats all.

Thanks for the info. It's too late to re-think about doing the seat swap, I've already bought them!
I'm not changing the full interior, just the seats, rear trim and doorcards. I've already had the doorcards off when upgrading the door speakers. |

Hi Matt,
I used this video; vimeo.com/9387981 I bought a trim remover kit from Ebay although you could use a large flat bladed screwdriver with a bit of insulating tape around the end. I just took it easy, you have to use a bit of force, but in a controlled way. Piece of cake. |
