Been searching on forum but ppl have been doing both Currently I have total 1/16 toe in front and total 3/16 toe in rear Mainly just street driving atm Should the front be toe in or out?

Front toe in makes for a relaxed, stable, self centering drive that wont wander on the highway. Zero toe is very neutral. Toe out will make the car follow ruts in the road and darty at speed, but provides the best turn in and steering feel.

You have the same rear toe too? Just wondering why you didn't go for a lower for better tread life

I would go zero toe in the front (pretty neutral driving, but when you want little quick snappy moves its good). 1/8 in in the back is pretty good, unless you LOVE oversteer (sounds fun until you're suddenly backwards with no idea why).
