Got to be careful with it - she's a novated lease car so the mods that can be done are VERY limiting. Mind you the bonus is a new car every 3 years + free servicing

125i + M pack + Sunroof + 18" M 261 Wheels...and with 165km on the clock = $68k

I'm more than happy to pay that.

That's a good price. I paid $79.5k for my 125i vert with prof NAV, comfort access and that was discounted from the floor price of $86k but it was the last in Melb avail before 30Jun09 so had no bargaining power

. The prof NAV gives good display of list of songs and album and can burn to the 12 G HDD so no need for CDs. I loaded up 15 CDs and still have 90% free space.

Anyway, interesting about the insurance. My wife's 125 was only 9xx and my 135 was 1500 - big difference for less than 20k diff.

Ok. My love of Christine got the better of me this evening. I went to see a movie with a mate, and the dealer is only 200m from the cinema. So i went into the dealer, and saw my baby ready to go! On the dash is a sign: "Sorry I'm Sold!"

I think i ended up walking around my new baby with an erection. I'm serious, i think i had one. The Alpine White just makes all the lines stand out.. the tinted windows contrast so well, drawing you to 'peek' inside.. Then you see the wheel, the classic BMW dials.. It ALLLL comes together.

But there's more.. You take a walk around the car, look at the front and the front bar has a beautiful sweeping look, but with the traditional BMW 'smile'... A walk around the other side and i've noticed the sunroof. Pure cruising.

And then - the ass. I think this is where i got my erection. I know lots of critics have ridiculed the big ol' fat ass on the 125/135's. But to me, it sits perfectly with the side 'shelf' that runs down the car. The sweeping skirts just flow into that rear spoiler.

AGGGHHHHH 7 days to go until i collect her!!!

Welcome to the Forum! Some of us have been here quite a while - I'm celebrating my 1 year anniversary with the 135i on 25 July 2009 but there are others here that took delivery of the first 1s well before me!

I got into the lot tonight (the Business Manager noticed me walking around in my suit after work and came out - then saw it was me). So got to have a great look around her. I tell you what, she's parked next to a Z4...I reckon the 125/135 body looks better

It's going to be the LONGEST week at work next week... Waiting, drooling...

What kind of dealer leaves SOLD vehicles outside??? At least here once they're sold they're kept on the showroom floor or put in the underground garage to stop the masses from dribbling on them.

Belrose. CC had the car I wanted. I have no patience to order. Having said that I was ordering an M3 last month and CC were $12k more than Sylvania...

Ah roger that - Avalon here.

I went all they way to Sylvania BMW to be told "you're an idiot if you want a 135i without EVERY option" - quoted me at 103k. I walked out..

Then i looked at the S3 and A4 from Audi.

Went to CC, had the 125 i wanted, with the options, the colour, everything i needed. Quoted me a good price. Put my deposit down a few days after.

Very good people @ CC too.
