Does E92 FSB fit 2012 135i?

I might have a good deal on one.. It's off an E92 M3 coupe.. Is it worth it? Does it fit? Or do I need an E93.. Or should I go with someone else if I'm going to do this?

As far as I'm aware it fits. I believe the E93 one is thicker in the middle, and subsequently stiffer.

There's a DIY somewhere on FSB, maybe check that out.

Gotcha. So is upgrading to the e92 m3's FSB worth it then?

Well I won the auction on eBay! $31 total for an e92 m3 coupe FSB. It doesn't look like it comes with bushings however.. Can it use the stock bushings? Are the m3 ones different?

You will need new bushings as your new FSB will be thicker...besides that the stock ones are crap.

E92 one is big enough for the 1er, E93 can be TOO thick sometimes.

There's few websites around that show part numbers and how it comes together. One is:

Realoem.com

Enter your FSB part number, follow the links and it will show you what's needed.

Send Dan@UnitedBMW (a vendor on this site) a PM, he'll hook you up. That was where I got my stuff from. I've been very impressed with him as he's given me honest feedback, has been thorough, and given me good prices.
