New 1 owner!
Hey guys, I've been lurking here for a few months, researching this car and trying to find the right one for me. The amount of info here is awesome! Well a couple of weeks ago I found exactly what I was looking for, an 08 135i 6MT with sport package, Montego blue with black Boston, and as a bonus it has comfort access (which I didn't care about at first, but now I think it's awesome). I also have a 13 X5, so now I own an n54 and an n55. I also have an 04 and an 06 S2000, which are completely awesome cars.
Here are a couple pictures, don't mind the dirty, it rained yesterday. I look forward to being a part of the community, also I already took that roof rack off, as I don't really care for it. |

Thanks guys. I'm wanting to wash my cars and do a shoot if the weather permits.
Montego is a little bit lighter than Le Mans. In certain pictures of the two colors next to each other the difference is indistinguishable, but I prefer the montego. |

Really? How can I tell if it does have performance exhaust? I've already had it up on a lift at "my" shop last week. It does sound really mean too. Thanks for the compliments. |

The standard exhaust tail pipes are black. Your's are silver and are sticking out a bit, which means its the performance exhaust.

Thanks guys. I've had four s2000s. My first one was an ap1 with Mugen hardtop, custom rollbar, koni yellows and espiler asd's, 4.77 rear end, toda flywheel, the list goes on and on etc etc. it was a blast to drive, and handled like a beast!
This is my new dd and work car, and I would like to mod it, but probably nothing crazy. FBO and a tune, wider tires, suspension of some sort(haven't decided), and debadge it. I don't have to worry about voiding any warranties or anything, so that's a plus. And it had in between oil changes. I ordered a sandblaster and some walnut shells and am going to do both my n54 and n55 at the same time. And I'll do all maintenance before I mod anything. |
