Well, got my car back today! Thank god i got that warranty!!! They covered $2007.61 and all i paid was my $200 deductible! Currently reflashing the tune...stock is fun but tuned its just awesome. Cant wait to get to drive it with summer tires on in nice weather!! I guess its almost time for this local meet!!

Finally broke down and ordered the carbon grill. Really shouldn't be spending the money, but I hate chrome!

I'm thinking about plasti dipping the grill to see if I like it then i might spend 100$ to get the gloss black ones if the plasti dip doesn't hold up

And yea I think it's a little too soon for a meet

I painted mine with gloss black rustoleum...turned out pretty well! Holds up decently, a few very small rock chips up close but from 3 feet away you cant tell theyre there.

no problem! The key is all in the prep work. take time to clean it, sand it, clean it again, dry it, clean it, and then paint it! Time consuming process but gives you the best end results.

What are you guys planning on doing tomorrow with the snow? I have the OEM runflats on. Obviously I don't want to buy snow tires in march/april, so its either take the car and hope for the best, or drive my dad's jeep for the day. I have a HORRIBLE bad back and the jeep drives it into spasams, so that is why its not a no-brainer to just use the jeep for a day.

I've been stuck with the runflats in 1 inch of snow on a very slight incline. I would avoid using the runflats tomorrow if I were you.
