Sport Stripe?

In the 2013 1 series brochure there are a couple of pages at the back dedicated to accesories. One such is the M Sport Stripe and they have it displayed as a black stripe on a white car which is fairly iconic and looks great in my opinion.

Anyone out there have one of these on their car? If so, how does it look "in person" and how much did it cost? Ever since racing an M3 in one of the Gran Turismo games that had that color combination I've had a soft spot for it.

They had the same thing on special order two years ago--I got it when car was ordered and installed then. I like it--but like any stripe you have to always clean the wax build-up from the edges, top and bottom. Even if you use a non-residue wax. It does build up. Mine is a nice two tone grey on AW.

I'm thinking about getting the offset stripes in matte black someday (my car is BSM). Matte black accents on glossy black look surprisingly good IMO, and subtle....

(Of course there are many things to get that will come before that probably )
