Got my set of splitters today, well made, and came with all necessary components to install. It was a quick installation, however one side sticks out maybe an a quarter inch or half an inch in front of the other one, and is noticeable when close. But all in all I do like the splitters!

The splitters are all the exact same size on each side because they are programmed and mirrored on the cutting machine. Hope this helps Last edited by fmxomar; 11-22-2013 at 07:31 PM.. |

I'm sort of interested in these, but I wonder how secure these are during high speeds. In page 1, if you look at the race car, it seems like the down force actually creates a gap in the splitters (or maybe I'm mistaken)?
I wonder if they would be more secure if you removed the bumper and put a lock not on the other end of the screw. |

Thanks for the interest.
These are very secure and have been tested, they are not going anywhere. The screws go into threads if factory mounting holes. Also one of the stock hole locations had a metal threaded collar that goes on the opposite site of the screw on the inside of the bottom of the bumper. also i think the "gap" your seeing is the actual shape of the bumper curves upwards right there If you want extra support add a small strip of double 3m tape to the inside corner. Or there is an extra hole if you wish. This is how many larger lips and splitters are mounted not having any problems either. The nitto total race car had there's on the track and my old 135 I had them on track days with no problems. You can't really beat the price either. I've sold hundreds before I decided to make this batch for some members and all have been satisfied Quote:
