Yep, the outlook continues to worsen . Now I've been told two different times by the vendor to expect a phone call with a tracking number = no call backs and no tracking number. At least the vendor answers their phone though..... maybe they only accept incoming calls.

This is pretty annoying, I carbon has one of the only front lips I like, and I wanted it in dry carbon, now it seems like that will not or won't happen for a long time.

The German guy's name is Micha. He is also on this forum too. He has been trying to sell iCarbon but it is hard to sell something you can get sent, or even have them anser their emails/phone calls. This is why Micha will be producing CF products in DE soon. Better quality and better customer service. We met him at the Welt 2.0 Meet last month. He seems like a decent car guy. You can PM Micha for more info. Dackel |

HOLY EFF!! I got a tracking number...... and its active! Talk about last minute, I was ready to ask for my money back. Based on what has been going on, I really did not think it would ship. I guess there is still hope guys.

Wonder if they're still monitoring this thread, even though all their posts are gone. That's some creepy big brother shit right there.

I hope icarbon and a bunch of the vendors are monitoring this thread. I hope they are taking notes too. Whether it's unfortunate circumstances, ineptitude, mistakes, bad planning, or just plain poor customer service they need to understand how this effects their customers. Most importantly they need to take action and make improvements to prevent this in the future.....at least if they want to stay in business.

Everything I've read and seen in these forums, the products i've seen in person, and their actions lets me know I'll never be an Icarbon customer, and I'll always recommend anybody else over them. Kinda sad b/c they really had a chance to corner the market and take off...talk about falling flat on your face.

Was ready to buy double sided hood, trunk, with diffuser and mirror caps but then I read this thread. Think I'll skip icarbon and get other stuff that will actually show up and could be warrantied if need be.

If it makes you feel any better my lip came with no instructions, no mounting hardware, and not even an invoice. So I still can't install the damm thing unless I go down to the hardware store and piece together my own mounting kit. Initial inspection looks good though, have not had a chance to test fit it yet.

Hmm, I'm not visualizing what you mean, where would the second washer go? The lip uses the stock bolt locations and "receiver" right? Or are you saying to just scrap the stock receiver and use a bolt and nut with a washer on each side? The DIY and video help but not having instructions sucks.
