Where did you end up getting the kit from? and was it hard to install?

I bought them at schmiedmann. Delivery is very quick and price is good.
Note that there are two version of the kit. You need to get the correct one for the build date of your car.

Installation is very easy and totally PnP, no need to remove front seat (at least on my car e87 07/2009). You can pm me if you need more info.

I had to lift the front seat to get to my woofer plugs under the seats. Didnt involve taking the whole seat out, but did involve removing the 4 bolts and slightly "lifting" the seat. E82 135i 2010.
