Adapter for Aftermarket Wipers?

How do you install aftermarket wipers that are made for a J-shaped or side pin wiper arm?

Thanks in advance.

Page #124 in your OWNERS MANUAL(I have a 2010 m.y.)
"Replacing wiper blades"

Pull wiper arms UP and HOLD ARM! (important bc you can break your windshiel IF the wipers slap down hard. ALSO... DO NOT open your engine hood while the wiper arms are up!

While the arms are up, with your fingers press the two clips in AND flip over your wiper blade. See owners manual for pic. Thats it.

Good Luck

Terrific guys - I'm used to this kind of "help" at home. Don't need any more of it here.

The aftermarket blades are made for a J-shaped arm end or for a side pin (with the adapter in the package). My question is: How can I obtain an adapter that will mate the BMW wiper arm to the aftermarket blades.

Mu blades cam with an elongated 'u' shaped insert that slid into the metal holder where the oem blade plastic insert was. The 'j' mount on the replacement blades wrapped right around the new 'u' insert.
