Anyone thinking of trading in a clean stripper?

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
It's St. Patricks day so thought maybe I might get lucky.

Anyone have a clean white or orange stripper or no NAV 1M they might be trading in? If you do, please drop me a note.

I might be able to beat trade-in price.

Thanks and Happy St. Pats to everyone!

Only if you can get me an allocation slot for a GT4.

If I can get you a slot, would you work with me?

Tell me about yours?

Are allocations only available now or will there be availability later on?

The debate over this is still a topic of discussion on the Rennlist GT4 board.

The production is limited by assembly line capacity, but the numbers aren't explicitly limited as in a placard reading "Limited Edition # xxx/xxx"

It seems relatively likely that if you're patient enough, you can get your hands on one eventually, just like the 991 GT3.

Thanks.

OP sorry for the off topic discussion. Good Luck with your hunt.

i've been told it's strictly 700 cars in the USA. That's directly from Porsche to their dealer network. There is no infinite supply....and the production period is definitely limited. There is also only a 1 year run planned. Not sure what is going on with year 2.

If Nachob doesn't need your allocation (and you can still get it), I am extremely interested and would prefer to work with a dealer in the east coast.
Let me know,

tia.

hey guys...so i just talked to him over email. here's what he said:

"I would love to say yes but right now I just don't know. PAG is tight lipped about how many they plan to make. With eight deposits I already have, I won't be able to fulfill everyone's order unless they really ramp up the numbers."

when he offered me a spot 3+ weeks ago he only had 1 or 2 deposits down and offered me one...but i guess things have changed :/

I've heard those stats before, 1 year only, 700 cars...sounds like they are trying to build an instant classic al la 1M

Happy May, warranties almost gone on 1Ms. If anyone has a no nav stripper that's clean and unmodified and you thinking of trading it in, drop me a note.

thanks
