Anybody know how the front tow hook cap goes on?

I just picked up my car, got home and realized they didn't put the front tow hook cap on; I found it sitting in the glove box.

But it's got some tether that I can't figure out where or how it attaches. Anybody know?

I think you unclip the square plastic piece from the front bumper and screw in the tow hook located in your tool box-kit. The tow hook is located inside the trunk to the right, pull small square carpet cover off and walla its inside hidden.

I believe he is talking about the plastic cap that cover up the hole. I am sure it just pop in the hole.

Yeah, I know it just pops in, but it's also got a little tether on it so that when it pops out you don't loose it. It stays attached to the bumper.

That's what I'm trying to figure out where it attaches too. Anybody popped there's out lately and seen which side it connects?

Try the rear cover (as in remove it carefully) and see if it is the same as the front. If so, there's your answer.

All the best

There should be a little hole the tether can go into, but wont come completely out of

once you have inserted the tether in the hole just clip the cover onto the bumper
