Non-Electric Performance Wheel Questions

My BMW rep has been rather useless in assisting with this, I don't believe so but wanted to confirm, does the Flat Bottom Non Electric Alcantara Performance Steering Wheel come with paddle shifters or is it for those without only?

Non-paddle and Steptronic-paddles version are available. For DCT, which features different paddle shifters, you'll have to buy the E9x M3 steering wheel with blue stripe and M stitching or retrofit the paddles onto the steptronic wheel.
