Looking for a BMW installation instructions manual

Hoping this will show me how to remove the interior light assembly, how to get the side panel off from the driver side back seat, as well as how to take the center console apart in an '09 128i convertible.

I have instructions and parts for completing the install of a retrofit bluetooth kit, but worried about damaging the moldings in the car when I try to get them out. An instruction manual or how-to pics would be of great help!
