Saw my first 1M today. Valencia orange 1M headed west on Rt20 just past Waltham center around 6:15 today. Beautiful car. I waved from the Z4M.

a VO 1M showed up to the BMW autocross yesterday. john said he just picked it up saturday, so it looks like we have at least 3 1Ms in the area so far

I pick up my VO 1M in Munich on 23 September, so should be back in the US about 30 days later.

I've yet to see one in the Boston area...

lucky! depending on your break-in plans, the A99 is a great place to test things out. iirc it has 3 or 4 lanes. i think the A92 is only 2. don't remember much about the highways on the east side

Friday night there was a red 2008 135i at the Westport Rivers event. It had some Somerville stickers in the windshield. Just visiting?

I honestly won't get through the break in period while in country. I will make it to the 'ring for a full day of touristenfahrten on 25 September.
