Red out tail lights?

Won't you guys have a problem passing your state's safety inspection with ALL red tail lights? I don't think turn signal color matters (like it does over here in DE, all cars MUST have yellow turn signals) but what about reverse lights - being red. ???

My car is a lease so its already registered and inspected for all three years. After researching a little( thanks to kamal) I might use red film. I probably won't have it done Sunday night. Hopefully by next weekend. I'll post pics as soon as she's done.
