Whoa, he can do depos? The main reason I haven't done this was because I didn't want to mess with my stock lights. Which depo set did you get?

Yup. He can! Will let you know how it goes. (The DEPOs are for us 128 guys with Halogen). They don't work with 1'ers with the Xenon headlights.

Price is the same. 499$ for v2 and 599$ for v4

Wowwww that looks SO much better than the amber monstrocities we're given as OE parts. I really want to dive in on these headlights but the removal+shipping time/effort is a turn off. OSS does great work, they look beautfiul man.

They have just added the 1er as an option fairly recently if I'm not mistaken. After BavX stopped doing their lights the options were very limited. Glad we have shops like Luis who not only deliver great products but keep the pipeline open for new customers!

These look great, not sure how it would look on VO... On white and black it looks good.

Just added this to my Maybe list for the future. Not a big fan of those amber corners.

Simon, they look great, but did they cut the lens and leave that thick blotch of silicone across the top, or did they take the time and chip the lens from the perma-seal, and re-seal?

You can throw our headlights in the oven at 325F for ten minutes and take them out. You can easily pull them apart with you hands afterwords.

From what I understood, our xenon headlights are sealed with a gasket-based seal that is not heat-sensitive like other headlights which may use a silicon-based gel.

The only way to open them from what other members have discussed is to heat up the edge so you can pry it up and then scrape the gasket lining away until it eventually gives.
