It's official......Chicks dig Sedona Red!

Well....after nearly 2 weeks of owning my SedRed 135i I can categorically say that chicks dig the colour!

Oh Ok, so do some blokes but who's interested in their opinion!

I've had heaps of comments both from people I know and from strangers who come up and comment on the colour.

The kiddy seat in the back is a bit of downer though! Oh to be 20 years younger with a bit less bodyweight. Hang on...I couldn't have afforded one of these back then...think I was driving a red Mitsi Magna in 1988!

I don't mean to sound harsh here but I think it may be the car...
Without a word of a lie, usually the first comment i get on the car is "oh my god, that's hot". It's usually followed with "that's a gorgeous colour".

Anyway, glad to hear that your experiences with the Sedona Red are as positive as mine have been with the Le Mans Blue.

I had a lady in her thirties stop me on a main road in South Melbourne after we had just come out of Coles. I was making a u-turn and she was still walking to her car. This was at 11pm and she told me she thought the car was hot and that I was chosen the right colour! I tell you, it really is the car...

Nah... "chicks" love Jet Black...

I hate it though. Washing every three days isn't really fun...

Actually Smarm and I were in St Kilda with a C63, E55 wagon, E55 sedan and his Audi TT. We parked at a car park where "women" (with Adam apples!) hung out. These guys are brave to park their cars there. I wouldn't have!

Scaring off the transsexual prostitutes away from your car, is a bit like scaring seagulls.....

TBH I think the chicks would dig the 135i in any colour as others have also suggested, the fact that it's a nice looking Beemer will nearly always do the trick with the ladies

I also believe the vert would be more popular with the chicks than the coupe/hatch as well, I've always owned and still own convertibles and the majority of girls I've known love a convertible much more than your normal car

Hmm...not sure about that. The Aston pulls more chicks than any convertibles I owned (including a Porsche convertible). Not that I have ever intentionally used it for that purpose lol. All depends on what car we are talking about I think! The Aston drives English chicks mad too.

Hey how come you guys are getting all the chick attention. Only birds I see around here that are interested in my cars are the feathered variety. They like to s#@t on them.

I could make a few jokes about what you posted there, but I will refrain in the interest of keeping this family friendly lol. Next time you go back to Sydney, bring the 135i back and drive it down to Bondi. Chick magnet for sure.

You make a good point, I've never owned a true 'high end' exotic, so can't comment on that one - I was referring more so to a comparison between the 1er models, than cars in general, even though in my case, I've always found the ladies more drawn to convertibles, regardless of make or type

LOL that's a good one

Is that saying true, that they aim for white coloured cars more than any other colour ??? if so alot of 1er owners are going to know about it, as AW is so popular

All I know for sure is if you park directly below power lines etc. your in for a good treatment of the featured variety of 'dun' regardless of vehicle colour...
