That damn TPMS indicator..
So I recently got wheels on my 128i, without TPMS.
Now I have a decision to make and would like to hear fellow members opinion if you've gone through this as well. Would it be better to code out the warning, or should I just suck it up and dish out the money to have my tires de-mounted/remounted with tpms thrown on. I have them already installed on my stock wheels so it would be de-mounting and remounting 8 times total (tire shop will love me for that)

Depends if you want to use the alternative wheel sensor system or not. If you have a jb4 you can just supress the signal. That's what I'm doing at the moment since one or more of my tpms are dead and I'm waiting to replace when I get new tires.

I certainly vote for coding it out, save yourself hundreds of dollars...
While you're at it, enable the wheel-speed system as mentioned above, so you retain piece of mind. Fight the man.

Wish this was something we could do easily with Carly.

Coding it out it is! Now to find a shop that'll do this. Thanks for the responses
