Ummmm what would you call it? So what he changed out his intake manifold and valve train components. Hot rodders have been doing this chit since forever and they still call their engine by what they are.

You don't need to go full race like he did though, you can get something street-able and more affordable by using BPC AFLA N tune if you're a manual (regular stage 3 tune if you're an automatic) 3 stage intake manifold and the rest of the regular bolt ons. In a 1 series which is lighter than my 328i, I imagine you'll be keeping pace with *stock* 335i and maintain that healthy power to money in wallet ratio all the kids are about these days. Want to go a step further, convince BPC to tune our cars for reground/blank cams from someone like Metric Mechanic or from Riot Racing. Bob@BPC John@BPC |
