For the record, y'all suck. Or maybe just the ones in the tri-state area. All I know is it's a chilly 76 today.

No clue what you wear in 3 degree weather, but whatever it is...I don't own it. Guess I'd just slaughter an animal and wear it's fur.

Well, the wolf shouldn't have kidnapped his daughter then. Unfortunately, I do not have a particular set of skills.

Ya, everyone pick on Worra instead of me. And here I thought me hitting 10k on a 450 mile road trip was PROGRESS! Get owen2001 on here so we can all chastise him since I think he was at 1200 or 1400 or something after 1 year.

Gotta buy my IS badge dinner first at least before poking it. Or at least put on some romantic music, maybe some marvin gaye? Same as getting a prostate exam. Gotta set the mood. Light some candles, etc.

I'm a hair under 33k but I haven't had her that long, picked up beginning of Oct 2013. I cut my commute down by half few months ago so hopefully the last 16k before warranty expiring will last over a year. At that point I need to decide to keep her or not.

I really do love this car but having both a fun daily and a dedicated track car are hard to justify. I may eventually have to find something more family friendly eventually

Only "practical" car out of the BMW lineup that's caught my eye is the 435xi M-sport Gran Coupe, but for that money I'd rather get a M2!

Dude, the 1er is so family friendly. I use it to transport my two 5 year olds. Do not make the mistake and think you need a larger or more practical car. Trust me, you don't. That is what Amazon Prime is all about.

Let me ask you a serious question. If your 2 kids were between 1-3 years old, would you still feel the same way? I'm thinking getting kids in a car seat has to be a major pain...

Ideally I'll keep the car and pick up a 3rd (family) car next year. I would love to get a used F25 X3 with the n20 motor. The F25 is about the same size as the 1st gen X5, which to me the perfect size for a family hauler. Unless you need a 3rd row don't see a reason to go any bigger.

Speaking of miles, I'm taking my is in for 25,000 mile service Saturday. I bought it January of 14 with 3050mi on the clock. Drive it everyday/everywhere and enjoy every mile.

P.S. The s55 sounds good in person.

Also, are my attachments showing up?

I just passed the 15k miles mark yesterday and I daily drive the car. I even take the scenic routes lots of times. I'm still debating if I should do the oil change myself or have it done at the dealer. Doing it myself would run to just a bit above 60 bucks but having it at the dealer would be 80 bucks (they honor E9X oil change coupon). If I'm feeling lazy, I'll just bring it to the dealer.

Personally, I don't like how the new M4 sounds in person when hearing it from the outside especially when considering that it's supposed to be a "special car." For a "special car," I don't feel it stepping up much from our 135is and the current M235i. I know it will be miles better with a proper exhaust.

In the cabin, the M4 sounds good but not amazing. I can't give it credit fully to the S55 because it may be the speakers doing all the work for me.

S55

I will say this, it doesn't give me the fizz like the s65 v8. But, I don't think the general population is giving it credit. I blame YouTube videos vs first hand experience. I'm glad for your review.
