Error codes

Hey, I am experiencing these several error codes. I can clear them but they will come back. During a cold start after about a minute, I get what seems to be mis-fires but my Cobb doesn't detect the misfires. I have changed the coil packs, spark plugs(#5 was very charred...), and bank 2 injectors. I have googled the error codes and got some hits on the low pressure fuel pump or the lower pressure fuel sensor.... Any assistance would be appreciated.
