Also could be your tyre structure... some brands are wider than others (eg: 255 Advan AD08 vs Kumho KU31)

I'm on Michelin PSS (they do look somewhat squarer than the PS2s i had previously but that's just guesstimate ) I'm holding off guard rolling unless i have to... also hoping perhaps when M3 FSB is fitted the reduced roll may alleviate/mitigate the degree/frequency of contact...

Are the KU31s wide? As they're cheap on eBay I was contemplating getting a set...

Car looks good kinetica!

I like the plan. Good luck with it.

I only threw KU31's in there for the sake of the point lol. But I know firsthand the AD08's are slightly wider then most other tyres in comparison. Ku31s are a great all rounder though! Can't go wrong for the price they ask

you might also like to look into KU39, slightly more expensive. The tread pattern is very similar to PS3, asymmetrical as opposed to KU31 directional.

I have had them for about a month now, and boy do they grip in the wet.

Wheels look awesome on your car, kinetical, and I love that blue.

Those wheels look really good on the hatch!

Trexx, I've got exactly the same wheels are you and the same tyres in the same size- but I don't rub and I've done some hard driving on them too (Hunter Valley drive-day).

E93 front bar on. Roll much reduced. Did hunter valley via wollombi on the weekend. No more rubbing except for a complete bottom out over one shocking dip.

Re front bar, very happy with result. Reflexes is the main thing. Front end very accurate. Gone is the vagueness and the tendency for the car to quickly "fall" into the roll... Bit hard to describe. Used to very quickly fall onto a highish degree of roll where it would then deliver feel... But until that slop has been loaded up there was no front end feel. Now there is.

Sure enough as far as theory goes, at much higher speeds on power and steering (blasting uphill) there is the feeling of being able to push wide on power more readily than before but that is manageable. The improvement in accuracy from better roll resistance on brakes and turning in on the tight stuff makes the bar worthwhile. Essentially it seems
I have way less push/ wash wide on all the tight stuff where the front used to go all sloppy and vague. I may have gained some push on power where bum down nose up higher speed exits... And I don't mind a bit of understeery stance there.

I guess in summary this takes the car from deficient to what to should be. Not saying it's a performance mod. More a rectification to acceptable.
