Ya, been looking for a while, and the prices are coming down quick. This one is close.
A V8 Vantage S Coupe 6 MT Is a goal of mine for when I reach 30. My local AM dealer has three of them all under 10K miles for 70K. Its gonna happen soon.

Thanks Robin, for saving me from uploading a photo

For me, doesn't need to be a LM though, can be any McLaren F1!

We have a brand new Cayman, very good car, feels very sporty, good noise, godlike chassis, everything in the car feels right and is in the right place/has the right weight/size and it makes you feel part of the machine like the 1M can't make, but I think the new electric steering is worse than the 1M, and where is the torque?

Said that I still prefer the 1M, and would take it over the Cayman any day of the week. The 1M is special, a Cayman will never be, it's just a VERY VERY good sports car.

For nostalgic reasons + because it will always remain a car of the virtual world (never built in the real world): the red Ferrari Testarossa lookalike spider of the 80s arcade game "Out Run".
Next time when you have finished an assignment, don't forget to shout "Check Point !"

Car has been sold, owner did not like it and after 5 minutes of driving it I decided a 458 or MP412 are fun better and more fun to drive.

My one and only is the one and only, McLaren F1 in proper street trim. No LM and not GTR. Silver.

i agree. the cayman s is absolutely unbelievable.. it drives damn near perfect. everything in and about the car is perfect..it looks (imo) amazing, and the balance of the chassis is veeeeery "godlike"..imo it drives better than the 1m.. BUT, the cayman is just "another" car whereas the 1M is something special...i couldnt trade my 1m for a cayman s. i would however take a cayman s ANY day

On the whole Cayman S thing. I went to the South Africa launch and it looks amazing! I test drove the new Boxster S and it left me feeling cold. The power loss at our altitude (1500ft above sea level) really kills the small porsches.

My dream car is to turn my E9 shell and all its new or restored parts into the finished car shown. Hopefully less than one year to completion.

Sorry Dan ...the shot was open.... had to take it..
I'm headed to TX to bitch slap you. I know it's a big state but I will find you! I'm guessing I should start at COTA next weekend.

I'm with you guys on the RS 4.0. A friend owns one and I got a ride (to Chik-fi-la of all places) in it. Sick car!
This thread needs more video, less pics...
