7" Fmic Bumper Fitment Issue

Whats going on guys? I just installed a VRSF 7" fMIC on my 13 135is and the install went smooth but ran into some fitment issues when trying to put my front back bumper onto the car. The bottom of the bumper does not line up at all and i currently have zip ties securing it. Is that what most of you do? No one really sees the bottom of the bumper but if anyone has any input for me it would be greatly appreciated!

I have not installed a vrsf intercooler, but have done multiple installs of other brands. If there is modifications to fitment, it would be indicated on VRSF's website. So my guess is your bumper should fit as it did before so something must not be right.

Your description of the issue is a little lacking. the bottom of the bumper does not line up to what? the holes underneath that line up with the undertray? can you take pictures? would be easier to see the issue.

Holes on the bottom portion of the bumper dont line up with the understray:/ Ill try and snap some pictures when I get home

sounds good.

my guess is, if the bottom of the bumper is hitting the intercooler before the holes line up, it would be an issue with the intercooler install.

If the bumper is not hitting the intercooler and the holes do not line up, something is not allowing the bumper to fall back into place properly and I would guess the issue is with reinstalling the bumper.

I know VRSF states that their 7" FMIC requires quite a bit of trimming/cutting.

Yeah, but I think that refers to the the black plastic beneath the bumper. The bumper should fit like stock.

Yea it should fit like stock... I cut as much black plastic where the stock fm was to fit the upgraded one in... Im going to pull the bumper off tonight and see what needs to be done... Ill post pics later on
