Not sure but there is generally a 8% markup for BMW prices. Check Edmunds they will give you the exact number.

2012 pricing is much like previous years in that invoice is 93% of MSRP.

I ordered my 2012 m-sport for $500 over dealer invoice. You should be able to at least get that...
