WOW
That is almost the exact one I want. I'd rather have the paint just a little darker, the Charcoal Gray Metallic. But the red leather is very nice, always wanted a 2002 with the red interior. I guess the 1er will get the red and the 02 will stay with the blue.
The rear is very interesting, that deck lid goes up quite a bit. Must be a nice little lip under that camo. Can't wait for July 1. |

If you look really carefully a the fourth photo (rear taillights) I think the masking material is soft enough that it bends around the profile of the rear taillight on the right side.
Maybe it's just me, but I think I can see a teardrop-like profile. Maybe somebody really smart with PS can turn that into a good simulatation of the rear light assembly.......... |

In europe, when the M-sport package is offered for a model, it is for all the versions of this model.

If that's the case, I doubt we'll see it right away then...others wouldnt be too happy if the base 1 series had the option to get the M-package right after its release if some of the other models still dont have it...

Well, it'll be a happy Canada Day, then... Personally I think Scott's been blowing smoke up our collective ass, so I won't hold my breath. Turns out the June 19 promise was a private showing...

Judging from the past you are probably correct. BMW NA only offers the M Pkg on a model near the end of it's lifecycle, i.e., E39 540i, and the E46 330i & 330Ci. In the US it was included in the Performance Pkg. on the E46.

Hello to everyone! I am a new member of the forum and a future owner of the new 120ci, when it will arrive in Greece.
Can anyone good in Photoshop make the 135ci with M-Pack of the following photo in Alpine White? Thank you very much! |

As posted above. BMW NA has only offered the M Pkg on a model near the end of it's lifecycle, i.e., E39 540i, and the E46 330i & 330Ci. In the US it was included in the Performance Pkg (option code - ZHP). on the E46. The main reason BMW NA does this is to spark sales. Sport Pkg for the '08 550i includes: Sporty design includes striking shadowline exterior trim, retuned sport suspension calibration, sport steering wheel, 20-way power multi-contour front seats, aerodynamic package, a shorter shifter for manual transmission, Active Roll Stabilization (ARS), distinctive dual exhaust tips and aggressive 19” alloy wheels. So...it has a few M bits. |
