How easy is it to remove the sharkfin?

Simple question really but I've searched quite extensively and can't find the answer...

How does the Sharkfin cover come off and how easy is it to remove/reinstall?

Wouldn't recommend removing it, as they are held together with Double-sided "BMW"-Specific tape (I believe) Anyone can shed more light on this?

Let us know how it turns out. Similar to debadging, but seems like there's a torx screw under also.

Edit:
This is way better:

Thanks mate. that's exactly what I needed.

I already have a whole roll of the 3M automotive tape - from doing my spolier 3 times because I'm OCD - and a set of the trim removal tools, so now all I need is a heat gun. Been meaning to get one anyway...

I did the retrofit onto my E87. Link
When i removed it off the car at the wreckers (E90 M-Sport 325i) i just used some trim tools, orange spray stuff and fishing line did the trick. 3M Tape didn't work for me the first time i ended up doing 3M tape with some black silicon. Don't think you will have that issue though. Compared my handy work to oem 135i and looks the same

Good to know. Thanks.

Is there a way to make sure it's aligned correctly when I re-install it or should I mark it out with painters tape prior to removal?

Already wrapped but the vinyl keeps coming off the fin. Thinking about pulling it off so that I can wrap all the way underneath and then re-install.
