List of what I have now is below. I don't think it'll be another 22LR can, but not ruling it out just yet. No need for another shotgun can for sure.
The only calibers I have are 9mm, 22LR, 5.56/.223 & 12GA.

VersaX 12GA
Oculus 22
Q Erector 22
YHM Turbo T3
Surefire SOCOM MINI2
Dead Air Odessa 9
Obsidian 9
OK ever since I watched "No country for old men" I've wondered about shotgun cans. Does it actually work? Do you have to shoot only slugs? Do you still need ear protection?

BTW looks to me like you got all the calibers covered except maybe a .308 can and bolt action with glass to marry to.

That's a killer lineup. I'd personally go with another 9mm can. Do you shoot pistols or PCC's most? For PCC's, the new B&T SQD-M looks pretty awesome. For pistols, I'm a fan of my CGS Mod 9. It's extremely light and a balances well.

You could also do something "different". Once my can collection hit a good saturation, I started going for unique one offs. I just ordered an integral 10/22 barrel and will soon be in need of an MP5SD can.

SD/integral stuff is wicked fun.

Alaskan 360 or Hybrid 46M, they can do practically anything centerfire pistol or rifle.

Seriously where are the deals with times slashed!?!?!? My SS pickup shop said they would work a deal on a 46M & rimfire combo last time, if only my Dec 23 stamp would get approved. SilencerCo usually has spring deals, BOGOs though in the early summer.

Thanks!

It just took almost a year for a couple of mine to get approved. I've never had one come back quickly

I only have 1 AR9 pistol & 1 AR22 pistol. The Obsidian will likely be on that AR9 most of the time now.

I just got the Erector and it shifts POI several MOA high. Going to try running it with an o-ring on the barrel next time. If it's still crap, time to contact Q.

The VersaX is still in jail + I still need to send the Mossberg 500 out for cut & thread so haven't used one yet.

Range I go to only allows slugs.

Not planning on adding any other calibers except for maybe 300 Blackout

Blackout AR pistol. Best part is with 300BLK being so popular there are plenty of subsonic ammo choices.

How much quieter is suppressed 300 Blackout vs suppressed 5.56? Don't want to do it if minimal gains

Quite a bit of difference, probably since there really isn't any sub 5.56 rounds. First time I shot them together it was hot 5.56 rounds that really didn't sound much suppressed and the 300BLK was significantly quieter but I might of been using 240g. Second time was using 75gr Hornady black in the 5.56 and sub 300 rounds and still a difference. I really need to do some more comparisons with all my different 300 sub rounds as there's a wide range of grains 180-220+. with the heavier weights I think there could be up to a 10db difference.

10 is noticeable. I run 55gr 5.56. rarely some 62gr. Just regular stuff like PMC Bronze, Winchester, Federal AE etc

When shooting subsonic I want the heaviest bullet I can get. At standard velocities I think 5.56 and 300blk are similar. At subsonic velocities I would much rather have the 300blk due to the bullet weight and kenetic energy.

Almost all ammo expected to go up 10% May 1st after the already 10% increase this year. Luckily I am well stocked but unfortunately cause I haven't had much time to shoot past few months.

Our distributor also told us ammo prices were going up so I ordered a bunch in February. (Federal and Winchester dealers)

I confess I am surprised. Unless all the manufacturers colluded some will undercut these two and prices will stay the same. But what do I know. I did not go to college.

I'll know come June when I request new price lists so I can set my budget for 2025's order. We usually order between $8-$12k of ammo every year.
We don't want to run into the problem we had with not being able to order 357sig for years so we're trying to stock up.

Will see if Federal, Hornady and Winchester went up.

Oh my... that sure is a few bucks spent on rounds, what is your income so you can afford this?

With my humble 120k I can say that my budget would hit a dent...

What I heard is CCI-Federal-Rem (Same company Kinetic) said 10% increase May 1, Winchester which already raised prices this year expected to follow suit and match Kinetic increases, Magtech/S&B have said they will follow Kinetic increase, Priv Partizan have said 6-7% increase by June.

Who needs a stockpile of 357 SIG LOL, if that caliber is great then don't tell me as I don't need another new caliber...

OK I thought this was in response to some new law or whatever. If they are all just warning of price increases due to cost increases across the board THAT I can understand. Glad I probably have more ammo than I'll ever shoot.

I pity my wife if I die first. She will be unable to even move it let alone do anything with it.
