Anyone have the RR O2 Simulator install instructions

As stated need the install instructions (basically to uninstall), need to remove mine, 2 of the three sets of wires are a no brainer, but at a loss as to where the two stock wires atttched to the two leads that end in the single black wire are returned to. Help! Kind of desperate as Riss is no longer in business according to what i read and they only sent out instructions via email.
