Do I have to pay taxes?

So I'm considering on purchasing a set of used wheels and tires on the forum and have them shipped to point roberts which is just under the vancouver area. Would I have to pay taxes when I bring them back into Canada?

Yes...on the value that you purchased them for. Customs usually likes to see some sort of bill of sale(pay pal transaction copy for example) instead of just taking your word for it.

Hope that helps!
