Is your alarm sensitive?

I did the DIY and don't have it programmed by the dealer, so maybe that affects how mine is working. But evertime I park my Audi next to the 135i in the garage (I have a Milltek cat-back exhaust), the alarm goes berzerk. While is it a very deep bass sound, it is not overly loud IMO, in fact it doesn't ignite any other car alarms. Wondering if programming will make it less sensitive.

Mine was programmd by the dealer, and I wonder if it's not sensitive enough. I've never had a false alarm, and I practically have to dance inside to set off the interior motion detector.
