BMS Stage 1 Check engine comes and goes

Im hoping someone can help me out.
I just installed my BMS Stge 1 (n55) and a BME intake. The install went well, and i was able to fire up the motor and drive on the first attempt. The check engine light comes on after 10-15 minutes of spirited driving. Afteri turn the car off and restart it goes away.

Under normal driving conditions it never comes on.

The charge pipe is still in tact (stock) The harness is installed correctly.

What could this be? any advice is appreciated. Ive got to fix it before my wife detects a problem lol

You need to read the code with a Stage2 or BT tool to troubleshoot. Common mistakes include accidentally installing connectors 3 & 4 for Stage1. Other than that you'll need to read the code.

Connectors 3 & 4 are the brown and green wires that are bundled with the black ground or power wire correct? you dont mean that i leave the 3rd and 4rth harness hook ups loose, do you?
