They should be hitting the track right about now. Hopefully we'll hear something at the end of the day (German time). These guys should have set up Twitter accounts so we could track their progress.

Would be a good idea but I suspect they are under a non disclosure agreement or are just too damn excited!

I'm honestly surprised the BMW marketing team didn't take advantage of Twitter or something similar for this event. Might as well milk as much free publicity as possible...

From what I heard in M training yesterday, they don't want then tweeting about it yet. I guess my email saying that I would do live updates didn't help my chances to win the trip! |

There's an embargo on anything coming from the test drive event. So let's be patient for a little while.
Best regards, south

South and another person are correct. The participants have been asked not to release details currently. A video of the event is being edited currently for immediate release, hopefully within 24-48 hrs. Once it has been released we can then fill you in. Please be advised that Many of the participants are travelling home today. Please check m-power.com for updates. |

Another winner here ;-)
Hello All,
I have just got back from the 1M first drive in Leipzip, I currently own a 135i sauber edition and have also driven a e92 M3. Unfortunatly I cannot disclose any information about the 1M for the moment, I will be glad to post my experience later when authorized to. I was picked from Switzerland, I only wanted to join this forum as I think this is the meet point for 1M enthusiasts. Cheers Adam |

What was different about the Sauber edition? Other than the stripes? BMW Performance goodies?
