We will absolutely offer canned maps to those that choose not to adjust the system themselves.

What kind of power is gained from the maps will be dependent upon the conditions the vehicle is operated under. For instance, someone with 91-octane gas and high altitude won't make as much power as another customer with 93-octane at sea-level. We will be creating our canned maps shortly, and I'll post some more information.

Again, that will depend on which map you're running. In your case I'd recommend running about 12psi. High altitude customers like yourself may need to work with us on the initial tunes since we can't replicate your conditions locally. But this should not be difficult to address.

Ok , I hope we get some reviews soon from other ppl , my brother has a Mazdaspeed 3 and he has the Cp-E standback the car pulls like a beast but he need 2 maps to suit hes needs

Also , the price is a bit high for me , considering there a PIGGYS & FLASHES around $ 600-700 , with very good reputation as you.

I was surprised to see the price so high considering what the other standbacks are selling for as well.

Hah, BMW tax eh?

I think the price being higher than the other Standbacks has more to do with the development effort than it does any arbitrary BMW tax. cp-e has been working on this controller for as long as I can remember, and they've devoted a considerable amount of resources into bringing a configurable engine management system to this market. So in a way I'm not surprised to see them charging slightly more for the BMW application.

Although it does cost more than other systems on the market it does have some unique features that others have yet to offer. I think you guys will be pleased with what you're getting for the money.
