Am considering selling my 135i.

Silver
Black interior
Automatic + steptronic
iPod dock
sat nav
Sunroof
M sport extras
Comfort access
Power seats
35k (80% are highway ks. I live in Sydney but work on the central coast. So 200km daily.)
Full servicing and babied by me. (never go over 2k rpm before it's atleast 80degrees. Drive slowly for the last 2km to let the turbos cool down.)
Built Jan 2010 but n54
Full log book. Recently full serviced 2weeks ago by trivett classic.
Recently professionally detailed by ocdonline.

What could I expect for this? I am only selling because I am going to the states for business and I could do with the strong AUD. If it wasn't for that I would be keeping my baby

You got me all exciting when I read 35K, thinking it was the price. How do you manage to keep it below 2,000rpm until it's 80C? It takes about ten minutes of driving in my car to get to that temperature.

Your best bet is to look at carsales, etc to get an idea of what others are selling similar cars for. You could look at RedBook but that's only a rough guide.

I'm guessing it was about $90k give or take when you bought it given the bells and whistles option list, so depending on how long you can fend off the low-ballers you might be able to expect around low-$70's? It'd be a good buy for someone at that price I reckon.

BMWRX lol. Its SO hard to do that. Yeah it does take a while to warm up and its very hard to not go over it. Especially when you're at the lights and its morning traffic and people want to get places and are up your bum and your going up a hill lolol.

@mcmn I will reply to you.

@mattyv yep about that. It's got a service plan too. They say its non transferable but I've had friends who go into one of the big dealerships and get it done.

@ianf2002 mmm ok.

In an AT in wouldnt be a problem..

6MT is another kettle of fish.. 1st to 2nd changes for me are always around the 4000 RPM when cold, just to get a nice smooth gear selection.

I agree with you guys. Its hard to do it all the time. Another example is at a roundabout. You can't do a slow sub 2k acceleration.

Modified 135 for sale

I am looking to sell my 135i. The 3 year lease is up on it and I was wanting to see if there was interest by anybody buying it in modified form (or whether it is better return it to stock). I thought I would try here first - to see if there is interest. This is a very good, much loved car. Prices are negotiable but I think it is listed at a pretty reasonable price for a quick trouble free sale.

2008 BMW 135i, manual, 66,000KMS, Metallic Black

Standard options - sunroof, 10 speaker hi-fi sound

<I will add some pictures on the weekend>

Aftermarket Modifications - included in sale price

Breyton GTS-R wheels, Kumho tyres (good condition)
Drexler Limited Slip Diff
Bilstien PSS10 coilovers
Vorshlag Camber strut tops
BMS JB4
M3 Lower Control Arms & Tension Struts
CDV
Rolled Gaurds
Wheel Spacers

The car will come with original suspension so you can return it to standard. A significant proportion of the kms travelled have been highway (for most of the cars life was making a weekly trip to Wollongong for work - M7/Picton Rd). I have a log book to validate the KMS.

Total Price $58,000

5. CSR Eyelids - Brand new - Unpainted and never installed - $100 (paid $140) Postage - $15

6. BMW 135i Stock 18 inch 261 Wheels (bad gutter rash on all 4 wheels) with Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 tyres (225/40R-18 fronts and 255/35R-18 rears) - fronts have 70% tread left and rears have 5% tread left but still grip really well - $1000 ONO - replaced with CSL wheels

Looking to buy a set of 18 " track wheels and or tyres for my 1M. Obviously E90 M3 spec width and and offsets. Ideally Advans wheels and tyres would be nice but I'll look at anything.

Item Modified CDV (brand new unusued)
Location Rhodes/Sydney
Price $20 or swap for something cool

Bought a modified CDV for my E92 a little while back but didn't get a chance to install it before selling the car.
Bought from mike@n54tuning, it's brand new, it doesn't have a package though, just came in an envelope.

I've got one of these for sale too and it's been sitting around gathering dust for a couple of months, I'll sell it for the same price to someone if anyone wants one after bmroxm5 sells his.

No, I just had a spare after a mate figured out how to convert the OEM valve. It's a worthwhile, cheap mod that can be done easily enough with the right equipment. The CDV's sold by vendors are just converted OEM units, they're not custom fabs.

Yep certainly a worthwhile mod if you know how to install it, not that I ever ended up doing it but I heard it greatly improves the manual transmission.

Some people modify their existing valve with a screwdriver, ie wedging it into the valve to make a bigger hole, or some people replace the OEM valve with an aftermarket one so as to keep theirs original.

I've had a member enquire already so hopefully my one will be sold soon

Just seeing if anyone is interested in some Yokohama S-Drives, just replaced them with Bridgestone RE-11's

225/40/18 & 255/35/18. Fronts have quite a bit of tread, rears have worn mostly on the inside due to the camber I was running due to being lowered.

Not looking for much, say $200?

Brisbane pick up only
