I just picked up my AW 1er from P&W on Saturday. I saw a Coral Red downtown getting on the 376 at about 3pm same day.

Around the first week of March. Took about 7 weeks from order to arrival in PGH.

I'm expecting my 135 from Sewickly BMW in early June....just about ready to explode from anticipation. Work at Shadyside hospital. U in the area? My poor car is waiting for a boat to come see me!!

I was also told end of may up to middle of june. aka, "don't get your hopes up".

I keep checking the owners circle and also you can put your vin in cargo tracking on the shipping company website (not sure of the site, sorry. check the obbsessive tracking stick in the ordering, tracking, etc. section). I made it onto the Patriot on the 1st. Scheduled for arrival in charleston, SC on the 17th, with a stop in NJ on the 11th....how stupid is that, to wait 5 more days for my car to move father away to be trucked back?

Keep hope alive, my friend. Your car is coming....and you can have all the fun of no life while obsessing about tracking that car until then!!

I can't imagine them stopping in Jersey and taking it with them down to SC... I would hope that you're getting dropped there and shipped across the state... maybe not though?

My tracking still shows waiting for transport... I might actually drive to jersey and swim out into the bay to meet the ship early!

So where is your car now....made it on a ship yet? I did confirm that I'm scheduled for VPC deliv in Charleston on the 17th (stupidest thing ever!!). I'm hoping to get the car by Memorial Day, or the following week at the latest.

I like in Harrisburg, I drove the 128i and 135i in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Sun motors is the name of the company. They 128i is a maroon color while the 135 was a convertible I believe. Just drove them last week.. Still trying to decide whether to order and which one. (price, insurance etc.., plus have to outright sell my current car).

I was gonna go pretty bear bones. (auto [been driving stick for over a decade, tired of it], maybe performance package but I'd put m3 or custom wheels on it) black exterior probably flat.

btw, I saw an ad on bmwusa.com today.. all 05 3's and 5's (only certified pre-owned) will be sold @ 2.9% and the first 2 month of payments will be paid by BMW. Sounds like they wanna clear out that body style.

I'd also vote for a bare-bones 135, particularly with the auto. You'll love that torque!! On the other hand, the stick might not be so bad, coming out of the rsx-s. The torque should make driving stick a little easier, no? I remember my brother had a 99 prelude, and loved it, but loved the monster torque of his mazdaspeed3 much more.

Gotta love those turbos, and we get the ones without any lag!!
