Help with sizing VMR 701's on stock tires
Hey guys, I have a quick question before I place my order. I appreciate the help. (I posted in the official fitment sticky thread, but I don't think that was the right place. Let me know and I'll erase it).
I'm getting VMR 701's 18" hyper-silver wheels and plan on lowering 1.2" front and 1.2" rear (eibach pro kit). I'm looking for a clean look without rolling the fenders or any modifications. Either even with, or just below fenders without any rubbing issues at all. With so many options, offsets, tire sizes, it's tough for me to figure this out on my own. What size wheels/offset would get me a similar set up as this photo while using the stock tires (front) 215/40R18 (rear) 245/35R18 I'm not sure if I should go with 18x8.5 +45 front and rear with stock tires or 18x8.5 front +45 and 18x9.5 rear +45. Or a different combination all together. Pictured are obviously different rims, but I believe they are 18's too. Current Last edited by 370z-135i; 12-28-2015 at 03:00 PM.. |

Most customers will choose the staggered fitment. If you want to have the ability to rotate your tires, go with the square setup and maybe run a small spacer in the rear. You can also run staggered offsets if you want.
