BMW Dealer Tune

Hello, any 1M re's out there that have any experience with the Factory tune available at the dealers? It seems to me that it would just permanently place the "over boost" function (achieved at 80% of throttle) in the on position. But, I don't know.

I'm unaware of any factory tune available from Dealers. Sure it isn't Dinan or somesuch?

Weird. I had my car in last week for oil etc and my SA said they offer a tune for the 1M. I was surprised to hear that. I had a feeling at the time he didn't really know what he was taking about!?

The only tune offered by my dealer that I know of is Dinan
