Love the Terra Cotta - obviously that is what I ordered. In real life it looks to be about the color of a football - IMO of course.

I picked Savanna, but in reality I think it depends on the exterior color of the car. I like Terra with AW, but Savanna with Monaco or Mentego for example.

Savanna here...but I'd agree it depends on the exterior choice as well....for me, I love the classic look of Black and Tan....timeless!!

It depends on the exterior color IMO. Personally I liked the Terra so much that I picked an exterior color with it in mind. I think it will show dirt less over the long haul than the lighter color also.
In a convertable I'd take the lighter color though. The seats will stay cooler if you park in the sun with the top down. |

sorry...savanna was what I meant by "tan"....which is of course why I ordered it! haha....yeah that was EXACTLY what I wanted ....contrast...which is another reason why I like the matching headliner (matched against the predominately black on the dash, carpet, doors, etc)....

My bad. Read it wrong. Thought you meant Terra. But I think you could go either way. For me personally, with Jet Black I would go with Savanna, for the same reason as you. |

I emailed my SA and changed my order from Black leatherette to Terracotta Leather. He has not responded yet.
Savanna looks good. But I ordered SGM. Terra is my first choice. Are you guys sure you can get Terracotta even tho it is not listed on the website? Worries me that maybe my sales guy might not know it is available. I did tell him in the email I sent that many have ordered it. |

You can get it. Trust me. I've got it printed out straight from the ordering software, and it shows up on the OC website. There are already plenty of people who have taken delivery of cars with it. It may require educating your dealer a little bit though. When I ordered my car, they were modifiing an existing allotment. It was for dealer inventory, and it wouldn't let him select Terra until he changed it to a Priority One (meaning it's already sold) car. |

If I was to purchase a conv. I would maybe get the Savannah. But I am not. Terra in the coupe is great. But maybe the Coral is awesome. I must decide which I like better. Coral vs. Terra.

I actually like the terra a LOT! I'm actually a little bummed that I chickened out and stuck with black. (I was worried terra might be harder to keep clean) Although I agree with some others that certain interiors look better with certain exterior colors. To me terra looks best with Monetgo blue. If I were getting jet black I might go with the Savanna just for the contrast. And if I were getting a vert I'd get silver with red interior. That color combo just looked really cool on a convertible for some reason.
