display ipod song or artist on standard radio

anyone know if the standard radio with ipod adapter can display the artist?

All I can get mine to do is display the song name, but sometimes I want to see the artist or at least swap or scroll

better yet, switch from random or a list, to the artist playing, that's really what I'm after

Push this "track" button. You'll get track name and artist on the screen, scroll then to see album name.

No function I'm aware of to switch to artist playing a la "Ice" and "Dice" links.

ahh, got it

push track, then push current

then push current again (I think that's what I did) and it changes to a multi line display with artist and album/song below it

now if only I could figure out how to change to that artist, I hit it, but no matter what I do when I return to the main screen it stays on list instead of switching to artist
