Silver Matte Trim on BMWUSA.com...?

So I was building a 135 on BMWUSA.com and I noticed there was an option for silver matte trim under the interior tab. Not sure if this has been brought up before but I thought it wasn't available in the US. Funny thing is, when I clicked on it for a preview it wouldn't show up. I would post this screenshot but I don't know how to lol so someone feel free to do so.

Here is the link to what I was building, but obviously you can check it out by simply going to the regular site.

Am I missing something? :iono:

I am not too sure that the "Silver Matte Trim" on the 1 configurator is the same thing as the brushed "Aluminum Trim" on the E92 configurator. It looks different and has a different name.

I wonder if it's a plastic trim...

Anyway, I have the brushed alu trim in my E92 and while undoubtedly sporty and beautiful, it does show up scratches & nicks easily. I think I'll do the alu Glacier trim on the 1...

I figured it would be close to what 1ers in other countries get. Not a big fan of the texture brushed aluminum has on the 3 series and I really don't like the glacier trim too much either.
