You sure on the offset? If so, it is a shame, I need to change my current wheels which are 18x8 ET 35 and they rub in my 1 hatch

It will be even worse with ET32

Yes unfortunelty I double checked and it is et32.

There is a Vendor thread in the e90 section that sells these for about $499. The offsets are a bit different versus the 1er.

Not sure what brand. Didn't specify when I purchased, and the price reflects wheels and tires. Had these on my car for about 4 months. I'm selling because I'm interested in getting a set of VMRs.
