Tested some car washing chemicals today.

Washed the Cars today. I've came away with the following conclusion.
(Sorry no before pic's, and no..that's no me in the picture)

1.) Chemical Guys Citrus Wash is way better that Adams Car Shampoo.
2.) Never let wolf's Deironizer touch your brake calibers.
3.) Auto Finesse Citrus Grime remover just doesn't work...at all..
4.) Autoglym Glass polish = amazing stuff.
5.) All never use Sonax Dashboard cleaner..smell and looks like shiny cheap crap.

Items Used:

1st wash Adam's Car shampoo
Wolf's Chemicals Deironizer Decon Gel
Auto Finesse Citrus - Grime Remover
2nd wash Chemical Guy's Citrus Shampoo
Adams Super VRT
Adam's APC
Autoglym Car Glass Polish
Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
Meguire's Ultimate protectant (interior)

Tools Used:

Porter Cable 7424XP
Griot's Garage 6" Glass Polishing Pad
Genaric wheel scrubber
x5 MF cloths
x5 Applicator pads
x1 Uber Waffle Weave Drying Towel
1 sponge applicator pad for the tire dressing.

It seemed to be too light a coat when i applied it. I like a matt finish and it does a good job. But i felt Meguiars did a better job adding a more "just cleaned look"

Only an opinion.

That CG Citrus Wash is strong stuff. If you have a nice layer of wax applied, it can strip it easily.

Edit*****

I found that I wasn't leaving the CG Citrus remover on long enough..
I guess it should set for at lead 3 mins before removal. It will removed bird droppings easily if sprayed directly on and let it set for 3 mins.

I started off with Wolfgang - great product indeed! I moved to Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection from the recommendation of my detailer and I'm really happy with that as well.
