Brand New, never used Active Autowerke short shift kit. Didn't put the time to install this part, been sitting in a box since I bought it at Active last year. Does not come with shift knob. Should have install video cd somewhere.

No Active shift knob included, will fit stock shift knob

How does it compare to the BMWP kit? I know AA is a reputable company...I've heard other non-OEM shift kits get worn out/ loose after awhile...not mentioning brands...

Honestly couldn't tell you, never installed it. I would install them but I'm looking to save money for some new speakers I want.

That aluminum shift mount thing (on the right) is from the BMW SSK. Interesting... The shift lever looks identical too.
