I don't think that was what he was asking.
Yes, it seems that all 1 series has been labelled e87. Could be due to couple of reasons. 1st is that BMW Australia for some reason or other wanted to bring it in as an e87. 2nd reason may be because the people working at the ADR are incompetent and cannot differentiate between the different models when it came to compliancing. The e87 hatch obviously came out first and they have decided that ALL 1 series is an e87. |

OIC, sorry mate.
I had the same issue crop up when I was setting up the car with my insurer. It came out as an E87 and that was all they had in their system. Last edited by MikeVictor; 09-26-2010 at 08:29 PM.. |
