nope...been running em along with others and no housing problems.

you can code the voltage to be high so they are brighter.

you'd have to take your car to a local coder or buy the 100 dollar cable and teach yourself. not hard but about 4-8 hour investment of time

LUX and only LUX. search the forums and read some of the stories. They are a little pricy but worth it.

If your budget allows there seems to be a general consensus that LUX is the best hands down. I have BMS 4 led and I'm happy with them. Lux does a better job of truly illuminating the larger outer halo ring and will give you the best day time running light look.

just got the BMS led's off a member here they seem pretty good.. just drilled holes in my caps to keep the resistors and heatsick away from the adaptive headlight thing. that was pretty much middle of day with little clouds from rain .. night time pic i cant even get a pic that looks like angle eyes cause they so bright and i not a photographer so idk how to take them shots

i like my lux v3, just make sure you velcro the ballasts to the inside of the covers. takes no time at all, costs little. get the 3m industrial stuff. it's all nobby plastic, no fabric.

only way i see of going better is go drop off my headlights and get the rings redone by... man, i forget who's doing it here in southern california. 6~7 bills for it puts a few other mods in line ahead of that, though
