At that time, no. That was radiator only.

Thanks. Thinking the radiator upgrade should be done before anything else. When I was at buttonwillow it was about 90 degrees and my oil temps starting getting out of control after one hard lap, and I was only running the ppk tune

The car has been torn down for a few days now. CAD modeling in SolidWorks is coming along. Making some changes to the design of the bracket to hopefully improve on the "version 1" bracket that I have been running on my car. For ease of assembly on the consumer's end, and ease or replication on our's, we are going to try and make the bracket into an upper and lower piece. This is going to be a bit of trial and error, but ultimately should result in a superior design.

Very cool. Thanks for doing this. I'm assuming the bracket will still fit properly with the 1M front end?

+1. The Are you consider some sort of rubber/metal sleeve washer at the mounting points for vibration? Kind of like what is used on the stock oil cooler? I believe the rubber washer thingy is available as a part and is what ER uses in their kit.

It fits better behind the 1M front end as there is more room. With 1M, you could actually squeeze a bigger cooler back there, if so inclined.

To that end, my bracket is lined on either side of the cooler, and where it bolts on to the chassis with 1/8" 50A shore durometer black sheet rubber to insulate and reduce vibrations. This seems effective thus far, however to the detriment of Julian, my room mate, it's not "pretty" enough, so we are looking for alternative options.

The OEM grommets could likely be adapted to fit, it's just a difference in design. When I made the original bracket, I was cutting, drilling and welding everything myself, which is why the design evolved the way it did.

Some additional modeling and our first "test fit" This is a print out of the proposed revised bracket sitting atop my current V1 bracket reinstalled in the car.

very cool. Why the gap between mounting points in the revision vs the solid bar between the two mounting points in your original?

We are going to try a 2-piece bracket. As-is, the current bracket is a bit of pain to assemble, this should make it easier to install. Note the gussets and reinforced areas to compensate for rigidity.
